Designed by socialite and nightlife impresario Cathy Guetta, Villa Titanium aims to be as precious and glittering as its namesake metal. (It’s also the name of a song by her ex-husband, DJ David Guetta.)
While the 12 bedrooms are private and peaceful, the house exudes after-hours glamour, with neon artwork, stylized gamine portraits, a Tom Dixon light pendant installation and, of course, a DJ booth in the lounge area. Villa Titanium is situated ten minutes from the beaches of Las Salinas, and a stone’s through from the center of Ibiza. It comes with a staff of 24 (including four who tend the stoves in the professional kitchen) and a legit wellness component, with four tents for yoga, meditation or massage, and a lovely spa with a mosaic-tiled hammam that seats eight.
