Job description

Mastery of world cuisines

Overseeing stock and supply operations, designing menus, and preparing high-quality food
-
Understand different dietary requirements, allergies, and health issues
-
Have sound knowledge of suppliers and sources
-
General management and training of the kitchen staff, if necessary
-
Managing kitchen budgets, accounts and maintenance and reporting to the senior butler
Profile
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in UHNW families or similar experience
-
Professional diploma in cooking
-
Positive and 'can-do' attitude
-
You are flexible, open for new input, creative and have a sense of responsibility
-
English speaking (multi-lingual is a surplus)
