We are looking for a professional and discreet person who will guarantee the best care of our guests and supervise the housekeeping team in the maintenance and care of the property.

The first point of contact

Responsible for the household staff (5 people)

Coordination and management of the house and household staff

Training of staff to provide a high standard of service and to ensure they are motivated and focused

Supervision of the housekeeping team in maintaining and caring for the property, furnishings and wardrobe items

Cooperating with suppliers and contractors if needed

Oversee all security procedures for the property

Ensure that the housekeeping team present a clean and tidy image at all times whilst at work, paying particular attention to personal hygiene

Ensure proper and clear communication by conducting regular meetings with the housekeeping team to develop team spirit and achieve standards of work the owners require
Profile
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in UHNW families

Being able to be both hands-on but also sophisticated to communicate with UHNW interlocutors

Wine expert (oenology)
-
Positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
-
Professional, loyal, discreet, and honest
-
Team player
-
English speaking (Other languages are an extra skillset)
